=GOT A COMIC IDEA?=
Thank you everyone for the encouragement of LifeTeen Toons. If you have any comic ideas, suggestions, blah blah blah please feel free to let me know.
=A QUOTE FROM 'THE WAY'=
I really like this book cause it's a collection of sayings from a saint, like he's speaking directly to you and giving you advice. For example, Escriva says "Christ died for you. You...what should you do for Christ?" (no. 299) It made me think, I always ask God for help, but how many times do I offer to help God? And this one, which speaks to most of us: "The mass is long, you say, and I reply: Because your love is short" (no. 529) how true is that!?! When we are excited about, say, LifeTeen or YCA, doesn't the night go so quickly? And yet, for a lot of people, 45 minutes to an hour in church feels like a long time.
=THEOLOGY DISCUSSION BOARD=
Hey, I was wondering if anyone's interested in discussing theology, philosophy and all that kinda stuff? I know Megan and Arnie are doing a bit of reading in these areas (Lee-Ann, Joe, Ryan and Sam have a few good insights into this stuff too). If there's enough interested people let's start a discussion!

For many people who look at the communion bread, it often doesn’t look like normal ‘bread’ at all. It’s white, small and circular (we call them hosts). Christians have argued for centuries about what sort of bread is appropriate for this sacrament, and as committed Catholics, we too need to understand the significance of unleavened bread if we are to grasp more fully this sacrament.
Did you know, that the Roman Catholic Church considers
only unleavened bread to be appropriate for communi…

At one point or another nearly everyone's wondered what this doctrine means. We all know Jesus is really present in the eucharist, but how do we know that? How does that happen? What do we mean by 'real'? Is this just some spiritual presence? Does God become a piece of bread? Why does it still look like bread and wine? And so on and so on.
I've spent quite a while trying to understand transubstantion, but now I think I finally get it. In this article, I will talk more from a philosophical point…
